Our Story
John McCarthy has been buying and selling properties for 35 years. He and his wife Andrea raised four children in Dripping Springs, where they lived for 20 years before moving to Hudson Bend. John believes real estate ownership is a foundational component of a sound personal financial strategy and enjoys helping people achieve a comfortable lifestyle while building long-term wealth.
John works in a client-centered relationship model — to be effective he gets to know each client and their objectives. He helps with single transactions as well as ongoing projects, and works comfortably with first-time buyers, experienced investors, and everyone in between.
With a background in software, John leverages technology thoughtfully to add value while prioritizing personal connections, listening carefully, and coordinating with other professionals to meet his clients' needs. He believes in serving others through his talents and experience, which brings fulfillment and drives his approach to client service.
